Property was in excellent position with good facilities and of a high standard. We had a great time during our stay and property had many Restaurants /Pubs in easy walking distance.
Not stayed in Falmouth before and would fully recommend staying here.

?Horizons - an apartment which feels like a cottage?

Horizons is very convenient, at the top of the high street, yet also with some sea views. It is beautifully kitted out in a lovely contemporary style. It has a secure car parking spot, which is very necessary, as it is difficult to park in Falmouth, unless you don't mind paying the 24 hour rate in a car park. We really appreciated the flowers, bottle of wine and cornish buns on arrival - a thoughtful touch. We had a little trouble gaining access to the property, on arrival, as it transpired that the key safe had been damaged by previous occupants, but this was sorted out within 15 minutes after a call to the owner, and the key safe was repaired within 48 hours.

We had a lovely week - weather was fine, great walks and gardens, and plenty of choice for places to eat in Falmouth. Would advise anyone who enjoys gardens to become a National Trust member - you'd get your membership fee back in a week, easily, in this part of Cornwall.
?Very comfortable, well equipped and central apartment?

?Spacious, comfortable accommodation in a good location?

We stayed here peak season and had a wonderful time. Here is a summary of our thoughts:
    1. Secure Car Parking attached to the property via a communal Underground car park. Brilliant for Falmouth as parking is a nightmare.
    2. Very well presented communal access to the door of the property which is a big sun trap.
    3. The accommodation due to the high ceiling in the lounge feels very spacious, its comfortable and has everything you need - a real home from home.
    4. Nice and clean and the bedding was spotless and smelt beautifully fresh.
    5. Small balcony off one bedroom and the lounge with views over the River Fal.
    6. Great location, but be prepared to walk up some hills as with all of Falmouth!
    7. Downside - there isn?t one, only thing that I can say is that the pictures don?t do the property justice, it?s even nicer when you open the door.
We will definitely return, we had such a lovely time here.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and centrally located and the wine on arrival was a nice touch. Despite mixed weather there was plenty to do in Falmouth and our daughter even went into the sea (with a wetsuit!) It really helped to be able to come back to a warm, homely apartment when it rained

Convenient property in a convenient location for a great holiday.?

    4 out of 5
We had a great holiday here with an 8 and 12 year old during the October half term. The apartment was very comformtable, thoughtfully equipped and conveniently located. Its just a short stroll from interesting shops, cafes and the harbour. Falmouth was a great base, with plenty for wet days(yes, we had a couple!) near to excellent beaches(yes, the girls swam in the sea at the end of October!)and well connected to all the delights of Cornwall. (castles were their particular favourite).
